Parent/Guardian Keystone Information & Adjusted Schedule 5/13-5/16/2025

  • Keystone Exams: Did you know that our students will take more than 1,050 Keystone Exams during the Spring Keystone Exam wave on May 13-16? Due to the high number of students who will be testing, we will be adjusting the structure of the Keystone Exam testing schedule.

As you know, demonstrating proficiency on the Keystone Exams is the most direct pathway for students to earn a high school diploma through Act 158. We will continue to provide a supportive and structured testing process to ensure that students have an environment that allows them to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Students who are testing will receive their specific testing instructions and room assignments in the near future.

New this spring, students in all grade levels who are NOT testing, are in good academic and behavior standing, and have their own transportation are permitted to arrive at school at the conclusion of testing, 10:20 a.m., on May 13-16. All buses will run their typical morning routes and at their typical time to provide transportation for students who are testing or those who are not testing but need transportation. Students who are not testing but still arrive at school by 7:40 should report to the auditorium.

Testing Schedule:

May 13/14 – Adjusted schedule for Algebra and Literature Exams

May 15/16 – Adjusted schedule for Biology and Algebra Exams

May 19/20 – No adjusted schedule for make-up exams
