Volunteers needed for high school STEM Summit Feb. 25 & 26

Volunteers are needed to provide a two-day learning experience for our ninth-graders during the upcoming STEM Summit, sponsored by Junior Achievement of South Central PA.

The program, scheduled for February 25 and 26, will provide hands-on activities for students to explore careers and concepts in science, technology, engineering and math. Without enough volunteers, the STEM Summit will have to be canceled.

Volunteers will work alongside other volunteers to present one 30-minute activity eight times a day to small groups of students. Lunch and snacks will be provided by the school district, and no training is required.

Volunteers can work on just one or both days.

Please consider helping to make this valuable learning opportunity possible for our students!
